ahh..another slacking mood in the morning before i'm heading to my school today. I'm sitting in my not-so comfortable chair, writing my blog and watching some random video in YouTube. It's sunny day from what I can see through the window in front of me :P
yeah..I've seen the doctor to check my shoulder. Nothing serious he said, thou he gave me some medicine to recover. I still can go for rowing training, but no pull ups and push ups for a week or two. geez, thou it's a relieve that it's minor injury, I feel a bit unsecured for the following training that I must undergo in the future.
"50 pull ups a day is a lot, son" doc told me so..I was liked huh?? really? hahah. actually that's what make me scared. How can I improve to 100 a day then? crap! I was thinking and thinking...
yeah like what coach said "injury is a nightmare, it hinders us to do this and that"
well, like I've said earlier, i skipped running today. I woke up late, and don't feel like going for run. gonna catch up soon for running, preparation for 10Km nikerun!hahah
most probably I start next week since my dad will be around from today till saturday! yeah! :P
alright, i'm gonna prepare my stuff. gtg to school =D
