it's been 3 days from Sunday, the big day that all of us have been waiting for, SIM Dragons, my teammates...
but the visualization of the race on IVP and PM CUP is still on my mind, i dunno why...like it's rewind over and over again on my mind...felt good when we was leading, thou we made it for 2nd place in IVP, and 3rd place in PM CUP. (geez, just a split second different from NUS..well maybe I didn't twist enough) :(
What i can say..it's just the best race I've ever had after Penang.We've been training for a month, 5 times a week, and made Kallang as a 2nd home for us.LOL
I wonder how NTUs rower felt like when they made it for 1st. It must be great. A payback for their even-worse training for that June Race.
It's almost 1 year for me since I joined the team, and I just realized one thing what makes dragon boat seems interesting. Yeah for the first time I join the club to be fitter.
But, the "togetherness" that keeps me hanging around up until now.
Happiness is much much better when we shared it, sweats and tears are much easier when we carried them together...
That's what I feel on the last race, June Race.
when we don't let ourselves down, at the same time we don't let our teammates down too
